¿Cuántos de vosotros se pone la primera camiseta que encuentra y cualquier pantaloncillo para ir al gimnasio o a practicar cualquier deporte? En los tiempos que corren, la frase “llevo lo primero que he pillado” ya no vale. Denota poco charme  vulgaridad.

¿Y quién no recuerda la típica – tópica de los tenistas vestidos de blanco de cabeza a los pies? Tengo que decir que ese era un look genial a mi modo de ver: elegante y característico de este deporte.

Sin embargo con la llegada de Agassi y los diseños de Nike, su patrocinador, todo cambió y llegaron los colores, las deportivas negras, las cintas amarillas y un look más grundge para el deporte más elegante.

Cada vez más, la ropa de deporte ha ido dejando atrás el algodón para hacerse con los tejidos técnicos para la perspiración, etc. Y con ello, además, también ha incorporado la moda pret-à-porter de manera que colores, formas y looks han llegado a la tierra batida.

Lo dicho quedó patente cuando Maria Sharapova hizo su entrada triunfal a la cancha de tennis durante el U.S Open antes de enfrentarse con su contrincante vistiendo un LBD (Little Black Dress) con brillantitos y todo el cual ha despertado el interés de mucha gente ya que, sobre una chica tan espectacular como la tenista, es de lo más sexy e inaudito.

Con esto me atrevería a decir que Nike, la marca del vestido en cuestión, ha querido hacer con ello un redireccionamiento de sus campañas de mkg alejándose pues de su don por las deportivas para centrase también en la “belleza” y el “cuidado de la imagen”.

Pero no es sólo ella la que se ha lanzado al cambio de look en los campeonatos sino que, como bien sabréis, Serena Williams tiene su propia linea de ropa y apareció en el torneo vestida de color púrpura y Bethanie Mattek de color rosa fuxia.

Me encanta la idea de ir igual de guapos y guapas al gimnasio, la cacha de basquet, fútbol, tennis, ¡de lo que sea! ¿no os parece?
